Cipit88 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

These cipit88 Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the cipit88 online gaming platform, accessible via our official website. • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never been banned or restricted from any gaming platform for fraud or misconduct.
• Has not been diagnosed with, and is not currently receiving treatment for, a gambling addiction.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at cipit88. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Cipit88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Members are fully responsible for:

Accounts are for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
